摘要 以葡萄水晶、金手指、康拜尔为材料,采用沙培试验法,探讨了葡萄根系对锰胁迫的生理反应。结果表明:随着锰质量浓度的升高,3种葡萄根系活力均呈先升后降的趋势,在锰的质量浓度为5 g/L时其根系活力达到最大。锰处理整体上增加了3种葡萄根中MDA含量。在锰胁迫下,PAL活性在不同品种间呈现出不同的变化:水晶和康拜尔先升高后降低,金手指却恰恰相反。总之,金手指根系对锰胁迫最敏感,更易受到伤害,而水晶和康拜尔却不太敏感,说明水晶和康拜尔对锰胁迫有较强的耐性。 Sand culture experiment was employed to elucidate the physiological responses of grape roots to Mn stress in three grape cultivars "Crystal","Gold Finger" and "Campbell".The results showed that with the increase of Mn concentration,the root activity rose firstly,then declined in three cultivars,the ceiling was investigated from treatment of 5 g/L Mn.Generally,Mn stress increased the MDA accumulaton in three cultivars under the hormetic close-response of The activity of roots PAL of different cultivars demonstrated different changes under Mn stress.With the increase of Mn^2+ concentrations,PAL activities of "Crystal"and"Campbell" increased at the start,then decreased,however,the PAL activity of "Gold Finger" gave the opposite effect.In conclusion,the root of "Gold Finger" was the most sensitive to Mn,and most likely to be affected by Mn stress among the three cultivars,which indicated that "Crystal" and "Campbell" had higher tolerance to Mn stress.
