以色列二穗短柄草谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性分析 被引量:1

摘要 二穗短柄草是一种理想的研究温带禾谷类植物和牧草的模式植物。本文对来源于以色列4个不同地区105个生态型二穗短柄草的根、茎、叶中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性进行了测定分析。结果表明:在贵州的自然气候条件下,以色列二穗短柄草根、茎、叶部位的GSH-Px活性存在显著性差异,其活性的高低顺序为:叶>茎>根;不同生态型二穗短柄草间在根、茎和叶3个部位的GSH-Px活性差异也达到极显著,而4个群体间除根部外,GSH-Px活性差异不明显。据分析,二穗短柄草生态型和不同部位间在GSH-Px活性上的差异是由遗传决定的,作为模式植物的遗传差异性对于禾谷类植物的遗传和基因比较分析等极具价值。 Brochypodium distachyon is considered an ideal model plant to study temperate cereals and forage plants.The Glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) activities of 105 B.distachyon ecotypes derived from four different regions in Israel were investigated in this study.The results showed that there were significant differences on the GSH-Px activities of root,stem and leaf parts of B.distachyon grew in the natural climatic conditions in Guizhou Province.The order of GSH-Px activity among root,stem and leaf parts was leaf〉stem〉 root.Also,significant difference were observed among 105 ecotypes.Except root,each of the GSH-Px activity of stem and leaf parts among four populations demonstrated no significant difference.Therefore the GSH-Px activities of B.distachyon were genetically diverse.As a model plant,these characteristics of B.distachyon may provide an important evidence to study the cereals and forage grasses on genetic analysis and comparative genomics in the future.
