摘要
振动气吸式精播装置采用振动方式改善种子的流动性,使种子产生有利于吸种的"沸腾"运动。为此,基于虚拟样机技术研究振动台特性,找到了该精密播种装置在符合播种农艺时振动台振动参数及其范围,有利于减少振动台的物理样机试验次数、降低试验成本,对精播机设计有指导意义。
Generating 'boiling' movement in favor of absorption seed movement,vibrational air-suction precision planting device improves the mobility of seeds to using modes of vibration.In this paper,we study the characteristic of vibrating table based on VPT,and find scope of vibrating table's parameters when the precision planting device is seeding,which is in favor of reducing test number of physical prototyping of vibrating table and experimental cost,so this has meaning of guidance to design of precision seeder.
