摘要 分析了影响混合机混合质量的因素,以市场上现有的单搅龙立式混合机的优缺点为基础,以提高立式混合机的混合均匀度、缩短混合时间为前提,设计了新型双搅龙立式混合机。改进后的机具具有以对流混合为主,以剪切、抛撒和扩散为辅的混合形式,与混合均匀度较高的卧式混合机具有相似的混合机理,大大提高了其混合均匀度;相比之下,既满足了提高混合均匀度、减少残留量、降低混合时间的要求,又在成本上较卧式混合机具有很大的优势。 The factors about affecting the mixing quality of mixer has been analyzed,and a new dual-auger vertical mixer has been designed which improved the mixing uniformity and shorten the mixing time based on the advantages and disadvantages of the single-auger vertical mixer in market now.The new mixer has the mixing form of convective mixing as master and cut,throw and diffusion as assistant.It has the similar mixing mechanisms to the horizontal mixer which has higher mixing uniformity,so it had increased its mixing uniformity greatly.In comparison,the new mixer can meet the demands of improving mixing uniformity,decreasing residues,reducing mixing time,and has the advantage on cost compare with the horizontal mixer.
