热带特色水果低碳物流中的信息管理研究

Research on Tropical Fruits Information Management in Low Carbon Logistics

由于热带特色水果物流系统基础设施不完善、中间环节繁多、物流渠道复杂、物流结点散乱、运作效率低下,导致热带特色水果物流过程中损耗严重,安全事故频发。为此,介绍了海南热带特色水果的种植情况和收获情况等,根据热带特色水果易腐易烂的特征,需要在冷链环境下进入物流。采用RFID技术,初步构建了热带特色水果的低碳物流信息管理系统,实现了对冷链物流环境中的温度等重要因子进行采集和监控,可以实现对冷链物流的指导,提高热带特色水果的物流质量和效率,减少物流中废气废物的排放,使热带特色水果的物流实现低碳化。

Tropical fruits in logistics have inadequate infrastructure,many steps,complex channels,confused management,low effectiveness,and so on.So fruits are greatly loss and have frequent accidents of the food safety.In this thesis,we firstly introduced the planting and harvest of tropical fruits,and constructed a information management system applied in tropical fruits logistics basing on RFID technology,which could realize to collect and monitoring important information in cold chain logistics.The purpose is to guide logistics,improve efficiency,ensure quality and reduce waste emissions.So tropical fruits can be low-carbon In logistics.
