摘要 关于果糖过量对健康的危害问题,在国外辩论得很激烈。本文通过相关文献检索,了解果糖的摄入、吸收和代谢过程,并分析其与疾病发生的相关性。在国外,大部分研究者认为,果糖摄入量的增加应该对目前美国的肥胖流行负责,长期高果糖的摄入可能导致胰岛素抵抗、肥胖、高血压、非酒精性脂肪肝、代谢综合征等疾病。 The health hazards of fructose is a heated debate in foreign countries.We searched literature to understand fructose about its intake,absorption and metabolism,and to analyze its correlation with disease.In abroad,most researchers believe that the increase in fructose intake should be responsible for the current U.S.obesity epidemic,long-term intake of high fructose may lead to insulin resistance,obesity,hypertension,non-alcoholic fatty liver,metabolic syndrome and other diseases.
