摘要
磷铋钼蓝光度法测定水基金属清洗剂中磷量,采用硝酸和高氯酸的混合酸消化试样,在一定的酸度和硝酸铋存在下,磷与钼酸铵生成磷铋钼杂多酸——磷铋钼黄,用抗坏血酸还原磷铋钼黄为磷铋钼蓝,磷的质量浓度为0~6.0mg/L时与吸光度呈线性关系。方法操作简单,分析结果准确,可用于日常检验。
Determine the phosphorus content in water-based metal cleaning agent with phosphorus bismuth molybdenum blue, using mixed acid digestion samples of nitric acid and perchloric acid. At a certain acidity and the presence of bismuth nitrate, phosphate and ammonium molybdenum acid generate P-Bi-Mo heteropoly acid--phosphorus bismuth molybdenum yellow, with ascorbic acid deoxidizing phosphorus bismuth molybdenum yellow into phosphorus bismuth molybdenum blue. As quihy concentration of phosphorus is 0 -6. 0mg/L,which shows a linear relationship with absorbency. This method of which operation is simple and analytical results are accurate, so it can be used for routine inspection.
