对危重患者高浓度快速补钾的原因、方法及临床护理作一论述,临床高浓度补钾时应重视持续心电监护,加强尿量、血清钾、血气的监测,合理使用微量泵和选择合适的静脉通道等。
It summarized the reason,method and clinical nursing of rapid intravenous supplement of high concentration potassium for critically-illed patients.It was considered that one should pay attention to continuous ECG monitoring,strengthen monitoring of urine volume,serum potassium and blood gas,and micro-pumps and appropriate venous pathway should be used and selected rationally.
