高职院校专业教学的督学管理模式探索

摘要 随着高职教育的飞速发展与高职院校的校企合作办学的不断深入,如何构建满足高职教育教学需要的质量监控系统以及保证其有效运行,如何建立督导、学生、学院三方综合评价体系,创建专业教学的督学管理模式,已成为各高职院校普遍关注的问题。主要分析了高职院校专业教学质量监控和评价的特点、运作模式及管理机制的构建等,并以宁波职业技术学院模具工程系专业教学质量监控与运行的经验为例,阐明了保证高职院校的教学质量监控系统有效运行的措施。 With the rapid development of the high vocational education and college-enterprise cooperation continuously,how to construct the teaching-quality monitoring system to meet the requirement of high vocational education and ensure to run effectively,how to build the evaluation system among teaching supervisor,students and college,and make teaching-supervision management mode of specialty teaching,it will become to the co-concerned problem for the high vocational education.The article will mainly analyze the specialty operation form of teaching-quality monitoring and evaluation of high vocational education and construction of management organization and so on,and make the example for the experience of teaching-quality monitoring of department of mould's die's design and manufacturing of Ningbo Polytechnic,and state the measurements to ensure the effective run of teaching-quality monitoring of high vocational education.
