Bi_xSr_(1-1.5x)TiO_3系列陶瓷的物相、结构与晶粒尺寸的X射线衍射研究 被引量:2

摘要 用X射线衍射方法,对采用固相反应法制备的BixSr1-1.5xTiO3系列陶瓷样品(x=0.000,0.013,0.040,0.053,0.100,0.133,0.167)的物相、晶胞参数及晶粒尺寸等,进行了测量与分析.结果表明,上述系列样品都为晶粒尺寸在659~2078范围内的晶相单一的陶瓷结构,具体为:1)当Bi含量x≤0.040时,BixSr1-1.5xTiO3样品的晶体结构都属于空间群P23(195)的立方晶系,晶胞体积随x增加而略有增大(~2%);2)当x=0.053时,晶体结构变为属于空间群P4(75)的四方晶系,但是晶胞体积变化不大(~1%);3)对BixSr1-1.5xTiO3(x=0.100,0.133,0.167)的样品,晶体结构变为属于空间群PC(7)的单斜晶系,同时晶胞体积快速减少了~20%. The physical phases,crystal cell parameters and crystal grain sizes of series ceramic samples BixSr1-1.5xTiO3(X=0.000,0.013,0.040,0.0533,0.100,0.133 and 0.167) prepared by solid phase reaction are measured by X-ray diffraction method.The results show that each sample is a ceramic of crystal grain sizes being 659~2078? and single crystal structure,and specifically: 1)for the Bi content x≤0.040,the crystal structure of the BixSr1-1.5xTiO3 samples belongs to the cubic crystal system of space group P23(195),and the cell volume increases slightly(~2%) with x;2) for x=0.053,the crystal structure turns to the tetragonal system of space group P4(75),but the cell volume only changes a little(~1%);3) To BixSr1-1.5xTiO3(x=0.100,0.133 and 0.167) samples,the crystal structure changes to the monoclinic system of space group PC(7),meantime the cell volumes rapidly reduce^20%.
