摘要
针对海鸥300水陆两栖飞机起落架落震试验的技术需求,研制一套用于轻型飞机起落架落震试验的动力冲击试验系统,解决了低摩擦滑道设计、机轮高速带转、跑道模拟、撞击平台设计等关键技术。结合CCAR-23-R 3要求,完成了海鸥300前起落架落震调参试验、限制落震试验和储备能量吸收落震试验。结果表明,试验系统工作稳定可靠,起落架限制载荷系数在设计限制载荷系数范围内,储备能量吸收落震试验后起落架未发生损坏。试验系统可用于轻型飞机起落架落震试验,试验结果可作为海鸥300飞机适航取证的依据。
A drop test rig is developed for landing gears of Seagull 300 light multi-functional amphibious airplane based on its drop-test specifications.Several key technologies are studied including the wheel's turning speed,sliding with low friction,and design of impact platform and simulation of runway.According to the requirement of CCAR-23-R3,drop tests of Seagull 300 airplane are finished such as adjusting parameters for test,limited drop test and the reserve energy absorption drop test of nose landing gear.The test results show that the test system is secure and reliable,the limit load is lower than the design one and the landing gear can bear the reserve energy absorption drop.The test system can be applied for drop-test of other light airplane.Moreover,the test results can be used as the certification of the airworthiness for this airplane.
