摘要
以物流个性化服务问题为研究对象,以长尾效应"提供它"、"找到它"和"得到它"三个科学问题为统领,以X方物流(X-PMF)理论为基础框架,研究了虚拟集合器、信息过滤器和物流协调器运作的理论和方法,构架了物流个性化服务基础理论框架体系,探索了物流个性化服务运作机理和规律。并以亚马逊、淘宝以及当当电子商务平台为例,对物流个性化服务体系的虚拟集合器、信息过滤器和虚拟协调器进行了实证研究。
Surrounding the problems of supply, selection and delivery of long-tailed personalized material flow services, the paper studies the operations of virtual collector, information filter and material flow coordinator within the framework of X-party material flow (X-PMF), establishes its basic theoretical architecture and explores the mechanism of patterns of personalized material, flow service operations. With Amazon, Taobao and Dangdang as the objects of a case analysis, the paper demonstrates empirically the operations of the virtual collector, information filter and virtual coordinator of the personalized material flow service system.
