摘要
为提高管道的运行安全性,将弯管视为一个整体,应用CAESARII软件对西气东输管道山西段管道途经阳城蒿裕村采空区的地表变化情况和管道在采空区沉陷过程中的应力情况进行分析,提出了国内首个大管径高强钢管道的带压抬升实施方案。根据位移监测数据和管道应力应变监测数据,系统介绍了管道不停输抬管技术在采空区的应用,包括抬管方案设计和抬管作业过程的操作步骤,建立了管道应对采空区塌陷的新模式。在管道本体布设应变片测量管道本体的应力应变,可以及时掌控采空区的风险变化,为抬管过程的安全判断提供技术支持,使采空区管道的不停输抬管作业可以顺利实施。
The ground surface deformation in the goaf of Haoyugu where the Shanxi Pipeline Section in West-to-East Gas Pipeline passed through and the pipeline stress produced during the settlement of goaf were analyzed with the software CAESAR II by regarding the elbow as a whole in order to ensure the safe running of pipeline,and the pipe lifting implementation scheme with pressure for the large-diameter and high strength steel pipeline was first time proposed in China. Based on the monitored data in displacement and strain of pipeline,the application of pipe lifting technology for the in-service pipeline in goaf was introduced systemically,including the design scheme and operation process of pipe lifting and the new methodology for pipeline passing through the goaf was established. It is considered that installing the strain gauge all over the pipe body to measure its stress and strain can thoroughly and timely understand the variable risk in the goaf and provide a technical support to the safety assessment during the pipe lifting,which can successfully implement the pipe lifting operation for the in-service pipeline located at the goaf.
