Talents Cultivation of Business Planning Management Major from Two-Oriented Society Construction

为适应两型社会建设,湖南工业大学商务策划管理专业应遵循"1+2+3+4"的人才培养新模式。即锁定"服务两型社会建设,培养创新型策划人才"的专业培养目标;实行全程导师制和项目引导教学制的培养途径与方法;让学生打好智慧创意、谋略运筹、创新发展的思维基础,打好市场研究、资源整合、策略设计与执行的能力基础,打好"资源节约"与"环境友好"的可持续发展的理念基础;开设通识教育、专业必修、专业选修、社会实践等四大模块的课程。

In order to meet the requirement of two-oriented society construction,a new model of talent cultivation of ＂1＋2＋3＋4＂ is followed by business planning management majors in Hunan University of Technology as follows.To begin with,the professional development goal of serving two types society and cultivating innovative talents will be established.Then,the teaching approaches are the implementation of the whole mentoring and training programs guidance.Next is to foster intellectual creativity,logistics strategy and creative thinking abilities for students.Furthermore,the market research,resource integration,the ability to design and implementation strategy based on ＂resource conservation＂ and ＂friendly environment＂ with the concept of sustainable development will be formed.Lastly,the four modules courses of general education,professional courses,professional electives,social practices will be open to students selections.
