摘要
选取加拿大一枝黄花杆为研究对象,利用红外光谱法和扫描电镜技术,研究微波和辐照处理对材料表面性能的影响。结果表明:(1)由红外光谱分析可知:经过微波和辐照处理后,与未处理材比较,一枝黄花杆的化学成分变化都不明显;(2)用扫描电镜观察纤维细胞结构可以看到,经过处理后材料的表面结构都受到了损伤,较之微波处理,辐照处理效果更明显一些;(3)材料表面聚积着一定量的二氧化硅(1070~800cm^(-1)),一枝黄花杆表面的羟基(3416cm^(-1))物质较少。
The effects of microwave and irradiation treatments on stalk surface properties of Canada goldenrop(Solidgo canadensis) were studied by means of infrared spectrometry and SEM. The results were as follows. (1) There is no obvious change in chemical compositions of stalk of Canada goldenrop after the treatments with microwave and irradiation. (2) The fiber cell structure was damaged more seriously by irradiation treatment than by microwave treatment. (3) On the stalk surface, a certain amount of silicon dioxide(1 070~800 cm^(-1)) accumulated while hydroxyl substance(3 416 cm^(-1)) was little.
