摘要
本文通过分析黄山市松材线虫病预防区监测网络、技术措施等现状和存在问题,提出采取建章立制、明确责任、加强宣传和技术培训等对策措施,确保第一时间、第一地点,准确发现疫情,将病害消灭在始发阶段,防止疫情传播扩散。
In this paper the present situations and existing problems of the monitoring network and its technical measures of the Bursaphelenchuh xylophilus prevention area in Huangshan City were analyzed. Such improvement measures as making regulations, being clear about responsibilities, strengthening publicity and technical training were proposed to ensure that the disease could be discovered accurately on the spot, and be eliminated at the beginning so that the spread of the disease could be prevented effectively.
