安徽省石质山造林现状分析及对策研究

Analysis on and Improvement Measures for Present Situations of Afforestation on Rock Mountains in Anhui Province

石质山由于立地条件差,造林困难、投资成本高,在很长时间内一直作为非宜林地而未纳入造林绿化范畴。随着社会经济发展和造林技术的不断提高,推进石质山造林具有现实意义,也是拓展造林空间的必然选择。安徽省现有石质山20万hm2,其中已经造林2万hm2,仅占总量的10%左右,灭荒任务十分繁重。由于地理环境的复杂性,石质山绿化需要新技术、新材料和新方法作支撑,同时也需要创新机制,整合社会力量参与造林。本文在深入实地调查研究、参考有关资料的基础上,对安徽省石质山造林现状进行了分析总结,并提出对策与建议。

Barren rock mountains were not regarded as suitable for afforestation for a long time. With the development of social economy and afforestation techniques, it has practical significance to promote afforestation on rock mountains, which will also expand space for afforestation. There are 200,000 hm2 of barren rock mountains in Anhui Province at present, only 20,000 hm2 of which, namely 10% of the total, have been forested. It is a hard task to turn barren mountains into woodlands. New techniques, new materials, new methods, and innovative mechanisms, as well as social forces, are required to support afforestation on barren rock mountains due to complicated geographic conditions. In this paper analysis on and improvement measures for present situations of afforestation on rock mountains in Anhui Province were provided, based on the writer’s achievements from detailed field investigation and research.
