摘要
评价海峡西岸经济区先进制造业可从总体、区域、企业三层面。首先从经济创造能力、科技创新能力、环境资源保护能力三方面来评价海峡西岸经济区先进制造业总体现状;其次将海峡西岸经济区先进制造业与沿海发展省市相比较,分析其差距与不足;再次,从总体特征、行业分布特征、地区分布特征、经济效益四个方面描述海峡西岸经济区先进制造业企业现状。根据评价分析结果,提出海峡西岸经济区要采取合理引导外资投向,引导海西先进制造业产业结构优化、打造主导产业,实现区域分层协调发展,加速海西制造业人才资源资本化等措施促进先进制造业发展。
Evaluate advanced manufacturing base of the Economic Zone on the West Side of the Straits from totality,region and enterprise.First of all,evaluate advanced manufacturing base totally from economic creative ability,technological innovation capability and the protection of environment and resources ability.Secondly,compared with the coastal development provinces.Thirdly,describe enterprise status from totality,industry distribution,regional distribution and economic benefits.Puts forward some countermeasures to advanced manufacturing base of the Economic Zone on the West Side of the Straits on the result of analysis.
