摘要 脑性瘫痪（简称脑瘫）是指出生前至出生后1个月内,因为各种致病因素所致的非进行性脑损伤综合征,主要表现为中枢性运动障碍及姿势异常。由于肌力和肌张力的异常、病理反射的出现,原始反射的持续存在及继发的挛缩、畸形等因素,
