摘要 目的以子宫内膜着床窗口期galectin-3表达评价体外受精—胚胎移植(IVF)失败者子宫内膜容受性。方法对IVF失败者11例的前一月经周期着床窗口期子宫内膜采用逆转录PCR技术检测子宫内膜galectin-3 mR-NA表达和免疫组化检测子宫内膜galectin-3蛋白表达及定位。结果IVF失败者子宫内膜着床窗口期galectin-3的表达明显低于妊娠组。结论IVF失败患者着床窗口期子宫内膜容受性欠佳,胚胎着床障碍是主要原因之一。 Objective To evaluate in vitro fertilization（IVF）-loser＇s endometrial receptivity by investigating the expression of galectin-3 in windows phase.Methods The mRNA expression of galectin-3 was detected by RT-PCR method.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the location and the expression of galectin-3 protein.Result Galectin-3 mRNA and protein expression in the non-pregnant group were obviously lower than those in the prengant group.Conclusion IVF-loser＇s endometrial receptivity is not good in implantation window,the embarrassment of embryo implantion is the foremost reason.
