安徽省高新技术产业化水平分析——与苏浙沪的比较研究

Analysis on High-tech Industrialization Level of Anhui Province:Study on Comparison with Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai

采用科技部颁布的2009—2010年"科技统计资料"监测数据,对安徽与苏浙沪三省市的高新技术产业化发展状况进行了比较分析。对比结果显示:与苏浙沪相比,安徽省高新技术产业发展的资金投入相对不足,企业自主创新能力薄弱,产业集中度低,这致使安徽省的高新技术产业化发展水平落后于苏浙沪地区。最后提出:要提高安徽的高新技术产业化水平、缩小地区发展差距,关键在于继续加大科技投入力度、拓展区际科技交流、加强政府政策扶持力度。

This paper make a comparative analysis on the development of high-tech industries in Anhui and Jiangsu,Zhejiang as well as Shanghai by using the monitoring date during 2009-2010 issued by Ministry of Science and Technology.The result shows that,comparing with Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai,the high-tech industries in Anhui exist the following problems：the shortage of capital investment,the weak independent innovation capability and the low industrial concentration,which are the reason that the development of high-tech industries in Anhui falls behind those in Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai.Finally,it proposes that the key to improve the development level of high-tech industries in Anhui and narrow regional development gap,is to continue to increase scientific and technological input,and expand interregional scientific and technological exchang,and strengthen government policy support.
