组织反应行为动力学研究——基于尖端突变模型

摘要 运用尖端突变模型对组织反应行为动力学进行研究,有力地解释了在组织设计和外部环境压力的共同作用下不同组织会产生相同或不同的反应行为这一组织现象的原因,并提出了可具操作性的定量化分析方法。 The dynamics of organizational response behavior is studied by using the cusp catastrophe model.And the organizational phenomenon why different organizations have same or different response behaviors under the joint action with organizational design and external environmental pressure is effectively explained.And a quantitative analysis method is proposed by using Professor Oliva′s algorithm.
