摘要
本文首先梳理了工业创新过程的网络化、阶段性特征,针对我国工业创新效率低的问题,通过解析创新过程中要素传递流程及其特征,构建创新过程效率评估模型,实证考察中国各地区工业创新过程,并对两个核心阶段即"创新资源转换"阶段与"创新知识转化"阶段的创新效率进行了测算。在此基础上,利用网络DEA模型考察了我国工业创新的四种模式,深入探究创新效率低的瓶颈环节和主要制约因素。
This paper reviews the network and stage characteristics of industrial innovation process.To solve the low efficiency problem of industrial innovation about China,it builds the efficiency assessment model according to analyze the elements flowing and characteristics of innovation process.Then it empirically studies the efficiency of China's regional industrial innovation process and calculates the innovation efficiency of two core stage,namely,the "Innovation Resources Transfer" stage and the "Innovation Knowledge Convert" stage.On this basis,it examines the four modes of China's industrial innovation process and explores the low efficiency bottlenecks and major constraints by using network - DEA models.
