肝巨大血管瘤继发脾功能亢进 被引量：1

摘要 【病例】女,26岁。因头昏、心慌、胸闷、乏力5年余,加重伴头痛1个月入院。患者5年前出现头昏、心慌、乏力,呈阵发性发作,每日或隔2～3日发作1次,多于活动后显著,每次发作时间持续约1 h,休息后可自行缓解,伴腹胀、恶心、食欲缺乏,餐后有明显饱胀感。查体：极重度贫血貌,四肢及躯干可见散在分布、大小不等、隆起体表、呈蜷曲团块样血管瘤，腹部稍膨隆，
