益气活血中药治疗放射性肺损伤的效果观察

The Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Recipe in Treatment of Radioactive Pulmonary Injury

目的探讨益气活血中药治疗放射性肺损伤的临床效果。方法将84例在我院接受三维适形放疗发生放射性肺损伤的患者随机分为对照组(40例)和治疗组(44例)。对照组给予抗生素及激素等相应药物治疗,治疗组给予益气活血中药。结果治疗组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气活血中药对放射性肺损伤有良好的治疗作用,对放射性肺纤维化有较好的预防作用。

Objective To observe effect of Yiqi Huoxue Recipe in treatment of radioactive pulmonary injury.Methods 84 patients with radioactive pulmonary injury who underwent three-dimensional radiotherapy were randomly divided into treatment group（n=44）and control group（n=40）.The treatment group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Recipe,but the control group was treated with antibiotic and hormone.Results The total effect rate in treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Recipe in treatment of radioactive pulmonary injury is effective,and has better preventive effect of radioactive pulmonary fibrosis.
