九所军队医院护理人员战备能力现状调查

A Survey of Current Status of Combat Readiness Ability of Nursing Staff in 9 Military Hospitals

目的了解军队医院护理人员的战备能力,探讨新形势下提高军队护理人员应对各种任务的救护能力。方法采用军队护理人员战备能力评估量表,采取目的抽样的方法,对9所军队医院703名护理人员的战备能力进行调查,对调查结果采用描述性统计分析。结果 9所军队医院护理人员自评战备能力处于中下水平。军事行动护理能力、战士/生存能力、临床护理能力依次递增。结论军队医院护理人员的战备能力亟待全面提高,在平时战备训练中尤其应加强军队护理人员军事行动护理能力和战士/生存能力的训练,以适应各种战争和非战争军事行动的救护需要。

Objective To investigate the combat readiness of nursing staff,and to discuss approaches to improve combat readiness capabilities.Methods Readiness capabilities ability in 703 nurses from 9 military hospitals were surveyed by the readiness capabilities estimate scale of military hospitals and purpose sampling.The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics.Results The levels of nurse readiness ability in 9 military hospitals were moderate or even lower.Levels of capabilities increased in the order of operational nursing competency,soldier/survival skills and clinical nursing competency.Conclusion Nurse readiness capabilites in military hospitals should be strengthened and operational nursing competency and soldier/survival skills should be emphasized during combat readiness training to meet nursing requirement during military operations in war or non-war situations.
