摘要
以苯酰氯为原始材料,经过取代,加成,关环反应,合成了(-)2-苯甲酰基-4-苯基-2-噁唑啉,通过质谱,1HNMR和元素分析确定其结构,旋光仪测得目标化合物的比旋光度为-5.81。
The target compound(-)2-benzoyl-4-phenyl-2-oxazoline is synthesized by using benzoyl chloride as raw material after substitution reaction,cycloaddition reaction and addition reaction.The target compound structure is confirmed by MS,1H-NMR and elemental analysis.The specific rotatory power of the target compound measured by polarimeter is-5.81.
