铁饼最后用力阶段力量传递的系统分析

A Systematic Analysis of Force Transmission at the Final Exertion of Throwing Discuses

运用文献资料法,对铁饼最后用力过程中力量传递等方面的措施进行了分析研究,提出了注重最后用力前两脚要形成稳固支撑,身体向后倾斜扭紧,两扣一个交叉;最后用力过程中用力顺序要正确,做好左侧支撑;最后用力后,换脚维持身体平衡;整个最后用力过程技术动作要连贯等技术措施,进一步改进和完善了铁饼最后用力的效果。

Using literature analysis, power transmission measures taken in the process of the final exertion of throwing discuses are analyzed. Some techniques are put forward to heighten the effect of the final exertion. They are as follows： before the final exertion, form a stable support with your feet and tilt your body backwards far enough; while the final exertion, follow the correct order and support yourself with your left side; after the final exertion, change your feet to maintain a good balance; in the whole process, make sure your technical actions should he, cnh^r~nt
