摘要 本文设计了一种基于C8051F020单片机的半导体激光器(LD)自动温度控制(ATC)系统,该系统在温度采样、热电制冷器(TEC)驱动和PID控制等方面都进行了优化设计,大大提高了温度控制的精确性和稳定性。 Based on C8051F020 microcontroller,the paper designs an auto temperature control(ATC) system of semiconductor laser diode(LD).By optimizing the system in terms of temperature sampling,thermo-electric cooler(TEC) drive and PID control,the precision and stability of temperature control are greatly improved.
