摘要 塔里木油田群库恰克地区井壁失稳是该区钻探过程中普遍遇到的技术难题,造成了多次钻井复杂事故,影响了钻井工程进度和增加了钻井成本。该文通过X-射线衍射等分析测试手段,对该地区失稳井段岩样进行了理化性能测试分析,研究了井壁失稳的机理,并分析了钻井液及工程因素对井壁失稳的影响,为该地区井壁稳定技术研究提供了依据。 Sidewall instability problem is a technical difficulty encountered in drilling of Qunkuqiake region of Tarim oilfield, which causes many complex drilling accidents, influences the process of drilling and increases the cost of drilling. This paper adopted X-ray diffraction and other testing means to test and analyze sidewall instability of samples in this region physically and chemically, studied the mechanism of sidewall instability and analyzed the influences of the drilling fluid and engineering factors which can cause sidewall instability. It provides the basis for the study on sidewall stabilization technology in this region.
