职业核心能力的内涵分析及在高职教育中的培养

Connotational Analyses of Vocational Core Competency and Its Cultivation in Higher Vocational Education

职业核心能力是除专业能力之外的基本能力,它没有职业性,是支持人们职业生涯发展,并伴随终身的个性心理品质。实质上,职业核心能力包括了方法能力和社会能力。当前,职业核心能力的培养存在内涵理解、课程观念、培养方式等偏差。职业核心能力的培养应构建一个整体化、系统化的课程体系,并最终落实在能力本位的课程设计和开发上。这种课程的设计和开发,应遵循设计导向的教育思想、能力本位的培养目标、实践过程的课程模式和行动导向的教学方法等。

Besides job professional competency,vocational core competency is one of the basic capabilities.It,with no occupational nature,is supportive in career development,which is also a psychological trait accompanying people for a lifelong time.In essence,vocational core competency includes methodological abilities and social skills.At present,there are deviations in the understanding of its connotation,curriculum concepts and methods of cultivation.To develop vocational core competency,a holistic and systematic curriculum should be built,which will eventually lead to designing and developing a competency-based curriculum.The design and development of such a curriculum should follow the route of training objectives of the design-oriented concept,competency-based,the curriculum-mode of practice-process and the teaching approaches of action-orientation.
