我国服务贸易现状、问题及其进一步发展的政策措施

The Situation,Problems and the Policies for Further Development of China's Trade in Service

本文以1989-2008年我国GDP、服务贸易进出口额与总额、各部门服务贸易进出口额的数据为样本,以我国服务贸易发展历程为鉴,从我国服务贸易进出口结构和贸易开放度等角度分析探讨了我国服务贸易进出口的现状以及存在的问题,提出一系列提高我国服务贸易竞争力最终提高其对我国经济增长贡献度的针对性政策措施和建议。

This paper takes the statistics from 1989 to 2008 of China＇s GDP,the total volume of import and export of trade in services,the various departments of trade in services as the sample data,in the same time,takes the development process of import and export of China＇s trade in services as a mirror,analyses the situation and existent problems of the import and export of trade in services from the sight of the structure of import and export and the liberalization of trade in services.Then the author introduces a series of targeted strategies and proposals to improve China＇s competitiveness in the trade in services so as to enhance its contribution to the development of China＇s economy.
