摘要
微波化学反应器具有科学快捷和绿色环保等优点,在药物化学合成中有着极其广泛的应用。文中将功能改造后的微波化学反应器应用于黎卢醛合成实验中。结果表明:在改进了实验条件后,达到了省时、节能及环保的目的,并且极大地提高了化学反应产物的收率。
Microwave chemical reactor has the advantage of fast,convenient,and environmentally friendly,which has a very wide applications in drug chemical synthesis.This has been the function of microwave chemical reactor transformed and applied to drug chemical intermediates veratraldehyde synthesis.Experimental results show that the experiment conditions can not only be improved,but the experimental procedure is also time-saving,reducing energy consumption and environment friendly.In addition,the rate of the reaction products has been greatly increased.
