摘要
对工具系统进行结构模态的测试和分析是研究其动力学特性的基础,文中先采用有限元法(FEM),在构建工具系统有限元模型的基础上求解其自由条件下的模态参数:固有频率和振型,再利用实验模态分析(EMA)方法对有限元法求解结果进行验证和补充,研究结果表明:FEM和EMA各有优势和不足,在工程应用中需要将两者有效地结合起来,保证研究对象结构模态参数的测试和分析更加合理。
Testing and research on structural mode of tool system is the basic of studying its dynamic performance.By using the finite element method(FEM),the natural frequencies and vibration model of tool system's modal parameters under free condition were calculated based on building its FEM model.Then the solving results were validated and reinforced by using method of experiment modal analysis(EMA).The research indicated that FEM and EMA should be combined effectively in engineering application as they each had superiority and insufficiency,so testing and analyzing structural modal parameters were much more reasonable and accurate.
