摘要
报道了肿瘤细胞电场调节装置制作,电场调节装置由显微镜平台、螺旋测微器、具有导轨槽的铝盒和带保护套的电极。利用该装置调节电极间的间距进行了不同电场分布下的宫颈癌(HeLa)细胞的电处理,发现电处理后的癌细胞出现了凋亡特征,说明纳秒脉冲电场对肿瘤细胞具有杀伤作用。
Fabrication of a setup for adjustable electric fields is introduced.The home-made setup consists of platform for microscope、Micrometer、aluminum box with channeled rails and electrodes with insulation sheaths.Electro-manipulation with different distribution of electric fields across HeLa suspension was done when electrode gap was adjusted with Micrometer.HeLa Cells exposed to pulsed electric fields have characterization of apoptosis,which suggest that high-voltage,nanoseconds electric fields can lead to the death of the tumor cells.
