药用基础化学设计性实验的教学探索与实践

摘要 药用基础化学是药学专业的一门基础课程,设计性实验是医药类高职高专培养创新型人才的一条重要途径。文中以测定药物中残留溶剂的研究方法实验为例,分别从3个阶段详细阐述了在设计性实验教学过程中如何组织教学活动:实验准备阶段教师如何合理选题、如何引导学生初步设计实验方案、如何审查,实验实施阶段教师如何指导、学生如何开展实验;实验总结阶段如何形成科研小论文、怎样进行交流。同时探讨了开设设计性实验的意义和存在的问题。 Pharmaceutical fundamental chemistry is one of basic courses for specialty of pharmacy,the designing experiments is an important way for pharmaceutical colleges to train innovative talents.By citing the example of "determination of the residual solvents in drug",this paper illustrates detailedly respectively how to organize activities during the teaching process of designing experiments from three stages.During the preparation period,the teachers conduct the teaching activity are most important,such as how to select the experiment topic reasonably,how to lead the students to design the experiment project initially and how to go through these projects.During the practice period,the teachers must conduct that how to instruct and the students how to carry out experiment.During the summary period,the teacher instructs students how to form little research essay and how to communicate.At the same time,this article also discussed the significance and problems of opening the designing experiments.
