摘要
阐述了对实验室安全含义的理解。通过分析高校实验室存在的安全问题,认为应从加强有关法律、标准及制度建设,增加安全资金投入,加强安全教育,重视废弃物品的管理,加强信息化建设,建立环境管理体系等3方面加强高校实验室安全管理。
The meaning of laboratory safety was expounded.The safety of laboratory in colleges and universities was fully analyzed and a series of safety management measures were put forward.These measures are to establish and improve the law,standard and safety management system,to increase the expenditure of safety funds,to strengthen the safety education,to treasure the waste management,to strengthen the informational construction and to construct the system for environmental management,and others.
