两种自体结膜移植在翼状胬肉手术中的疗效观察

Efficacy of two methods of autograft conjunctival transplantation for pterygium

目的探讨自体单纯结膜瓣移植术和角膜缘干细胞结膜瓣移植术在治疗翼状胬肉中的疗效。方法回顾2007年6月至2010年6月在我院门诊行单纯结膜瓣移植术和角膜缘干细胞结膜瓣移植术治疗翼状胬肉的病例共56例（56只眼），其中单纯结膜瓣移植的35只眼，角膜缘干细胞结膜瓣移植的21只眼，比较两者术后复发等情况。结果随访6～24个月，单纯结膜瓣移植术治愈32只眼，复发3只眼，有效率93．8％；角膜缘干细胞结膜瓣移植术治愈20只眼，复发1只眼，治愈率95．2％。两组治愈率比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论两组自体结膜移植术治疗翼状胬肉方法简单，疗效相近，复发率低，是治疗翼状胬肉较为理想的手术方式，值得临床推广应用。

Objective Investigate the efficacy of simple conjunctival flap transplantation and limbal stem cell auto graft transplantation in pterygium surgery. Methods 56 patients with pterygium from June 2007 and June 2010 in our hospital were reviewed. Among these patients,simple conjunctival flap transplantation was performed in 35 cases,while limbal stem cell auto graft transplantation was used in 21 cases. Post-surgery recurrence was compared between these two groups. Results During 6 - 24 months after surgery,32 eye simple eonjunctival flap transplantation method cured, whereas other 3 eye relapsed. Efficacy rate is 93.8%.20 eyes Limbal stem cell auto graft transplantation method cured,the other one re- lapsed. Efficacy rate is 95.2%. These was no statistic significant difference between two efficacy rates（P 〉0.05 ）. Condusion These two surgery methods of autograft conjunctival transplantation are simple and have low recurrence rate and similam successful rate. Both of them are relatively ideal for treatment of pterygium that are applicable in clinic practice.
