摘要
连续复合刚构桥墩梁刚性节点受力复杂,本文以工字型钢连续组合梁+RC桥墩的刚接接头为例,应用大型通用有限元软件MSC.Nastran进行3D-FEM分析,研究了其传力特性,重点探讨了剪力键传力机制.通过对连续复合刚构桥主梁(工字型钢主梁的组合梁)与RC桥墩刚性连接构造细节的3D-FEM分析,探讨了刚性节点的传力机制,重点是剪力键所承担的剪力分布.分析结果表明,墩梁刚性节点采用剪力键连接方式可以有效的传递内力,而且节点的施工性能得到极大改善.研究成果有利于组合刚构桥的设计和应用.
The mechanical behavior and force transmission of the rigid node connecting RC pier and main girder of the hybrid rigid frame bridge is very complicated and difficult to find out.Here the structural detail on a continuous rigid frame railway bridge is given.The bridge has RC pier and composite main girder,which has two steel I-girders and a concrete deck.By the mechanical analysis of the piergirder rigid node of the bridge,the internal force transmission mechanism is discussed and the emphasis is laid on the shear force distribution of the shear connector.The analysis result indicates that using PBL shear connectors in the rigid node can transmit the internal force effectively and improve the construction convenience greatly.But the shear force acting on different PBL connector varies greatly mainly depending on its position and shear force direction.Suggestion is given to change the shear force uniformity on different PBL connectors.The analytical result is beneficial to the design and supply on the composite rigid frame bridge.
