污泥厌氧发酵沼气产生规律研究

Research on Gerneration Law of Methane with Sludge Anaerobic Fermentation

利用自制的沼气发生器和沼气净化装置,以污水处理厂污泥为原料进行厌氧发酵产沼气研究。结果表明:污泥含水率在93%以上,但是C/N只有20.5,厌氧发酵过程中CODcr不断下降,而在第6天时沼气产量达到0.63 L。以氢氧化钠溶液吸收二氧化碳和硫化氢,浓度为2 moL/L时吸收率可达到99%以上。

The methane fermentation research was carried on using the self-made methane generator and the methane refining equipment,which regarded the sludge as raw material.The results indicated that the moisture content of sludge was above 93%,but C/N only reached 20.5.The CODcr dropped continually in the fermentation process,but the methane output achieved 0.63 L in the sixth day.Absorbing CO2 and H2S by the NaOH solution,the absorption rate might achieve above 99% when the concentration was 2 moL/L.
