摘要
因未及时开挖尾水渠导致出水口水位高出设计值3~4m,致使麒麟寺水电站泄洪闸弧形闸门运行后弧形闸门测控系统出现各类故障,为此提出从确定合适的测控系统安装位置、设备选型、重新安装编码器、分段测量、保护定值确定、标定及最终精度计算等方面改造闸门测控系统,从而解决了测量装置易损坏、测量精度较差的问题.经2010年汛期111次升降闸门操作,改造后的闸门测控系统运行稳定安全,可确保泄洪洞汛期安全。
Owing to not excavating the tail channel in time, the outlet of water level is higher than design value of 3 to 4 meters. So, monitoring system of spillway tainter gate for Qilin Temple hydropower station appears various faults. An improved gate monitoring system is proposed from the aspects of appropriate installation location, equipment selection, reinstallation encoder, segment measuring, determining protected value, calibration and accuracy of calculation. The improvement of monitoring system solves the problems, such as measuring devices being easily damaged and poor measurement accuracy. With 111 times lifting operation in flood period of 2010, the gate monitoring system has characteristics of stable operation and it can ensure safety of spillway tunnel in flood period.
