摘要 针对火力发电厂在各种可能事故下的高致毒高污染废水外排对周围及下游流域的生态环境和取水造成严重影响的问题,基于一般火力发电厂用水系统及废水处理系统的特点,提出了以非正常工况下的最大可能废水排放量作为事故污水缓冲池容积的计算方法,并将其应用于宁夏中宁电厂二期扩建工程中。实例结果表明,设置事故污水缓冲池可获得良好的经济和社会效益,可为类似设计提供参考。 According to the fact that the noxious wastewater of thermal power plant leaking into the river by accident and causing serious problems which will affect the ecological environment and the water using of downstream watershed, this paper, on the basis of characteristics of watering system and wastewater treatment system for general thermal power plants, puts forward a method of calculation of wastewater buffer pool volume, which takes the maximal possible accident sewage into consideration under the abnormal working condition. This method has been applied to the second-phase exten- sion project of Zhongning power plant in Ningxia Province. The results show that it can obtain good social and economic benefits by setting wastewater buffer pool, which provides some helpful reference for similar project design.
