摘要 针对电力客户信用水平直接关系到电力企业的收益水平和智能电网建设的可持续发展能力问题,构建了包含客户用电缴费、法律、用电合作、社会交往四个方面的信用风险外部评价指标体系,利用熵权改进的密切值法建立电力客户信用评价模型评定客户信用水平,并针对不同信用水平客户提出了差异化服务策略,算例验证结果表明,该模型合理、适用。 The credit of power customers will closely related to the profit level of power companies and the sustainable development ability of smart grid. The external credit evaluation index system of power customers is constructed, which includes four main aspects: payment, law, cooperation and social credit. Then, an improved entropy weight osculating value method is applied to establish evaluation model of power customer's credit, which evaluates credit level of customer. Finally, service strategy of difference is proposed for different credit level of customers. The example results show that the model is reasonable and applicable.
