环境伦理学本土化建构是对我国环境伦理学三十年发展历程反思和对其未来走向的理论自觉,体现的是对中国环境伦理学在满足现实需要的基础上获得话语权和强化其实践效能的强烈要求,这也决定了中国环境伦理学本土化的建构应当在理论层面和实践层面上同时展开。

The localization of environmental ethics is the reflection on the thirty years＇ development of environmental ethics in China and the theoretical awareness of its future tendancy. R refects an urge for Chinese environmental ethics to obtain the right to speak and to enhance its practical effectiveness. This determines that the Chinese localization of environmental ethics should be carried out on both the theoretical and practical level.
