干扰素对腭裂术后裸露骨面瘢痕成纤维细胞生物学影响的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨干扰素(IFN)对体外培养的腭裂术后裸露骨面瘢痕来源的成纤维细胞生物学作用的影响。方法:制作兔腭裂术后裸露骨面瘢痕动物模型,利用体外细胞培养技术,通过MTT法、流式细胞术等方法观察、分析rhIFNα-2b和rhIFN-γ对腭裂术后瘢痕成纤维细胞生物学行为的影响,数据采用方差分析及q检验处理。结果:与对照组比较,实验组加入干扰素后,腭裂术后瘢痕成纤维细胞的生长趋势及增殖活性及被明显抑制,S-G2-M期细胞百分数明显降低。结论:干扰素对腭裂术后瘢痕成纤维细胞的生长趋势及增殖活性具有明显抑制作用,说明在防治腭裂术后裸露骨面瘢痕的形成中有一定的应用价值。 Objective To study the effects of interferon to the biological activities of fibroblasts origined from the exposed bone surface from cleft palate scar in vitro cultural.Methods Making rabbit cleft palate scar models,in vitro culture,observed by MTT assay and flow cytometry,analysis the effects of interferon to the biological activities of fibroblasts origined from the exposed bone surface of cleft palate scar.Data using analysis of variance and q test treatment.Results Compared with the control group,after added interferon,cleft palate fibroblast's growth trends and value-added activity of experimental group was inhibited significantly.Percentage of cells decreased during the S-G2-M stage.Conclusions Interferon on the growth trends and value-added activity of the cleft palate fibroblast has significant inhibitory effect,indicating that cleft palate in the prevention of scar formation of the exposed bone surface has some value.
