摘要 目的:探讨低能量微针电灼治疗汗管瘤的疗效和不良反应。方法:对11例患者343个皮损使用高频电离子治疗仪治疗,电极改为针尖曲率尽可能大的针灸针,选用短火输出模式,输出电压为该设备的最低输出电压,术后使用兰科肤宁外敷。结果:经过1个疗程治疗后大部分患者均于手术后2~3天结痂,5~10天脱痂。暂时性凹陷性瘢痕平复及色泽恢复多需1~3个月。所有患者均未留有明显色素沉着和色素脱失性瘢痕,但个别患者有少许瘤体残留。术者和大部分患者对治疗效果满意。结论:低能量微针电灼治疗汗管瘤疗效确切,有可能同时达到治疗效果和美容需要。 Objective To discuss the efficiency and the adverse reactions of Low-energy micro-needle electrocautery for syringoma.Methods We use high-frequency electric ion therapy apparatus,with Acupuncture Needles as electrode whose tip curvature is much smaller,with short fire output mode and the lowest output voltage,for the 11 patients with 343 lesions.At last,Velvetfeeling is used to cover.Results Most of the patients scabbed 2~3 days after the treatment and off the scab on the 5-10th days.It almost took 1~3 months to recover from temporary depression of the scar and abnormal color.All of the patients have no definite pigmentation and eternal scar depigmentation except a little residual tumor existing separately.The operators and patients are satisfied of the results.Conclutions Low-energy micro-needle electrocautery for syringoma is efficient and meets a cosmetic need in the meanwhile.
