摘要
回顾了皖江地区文化创意产业的已有产业基础,并进行了SWOT分析。皖江地区文化创意产业的战略定位应是与制造业并重的重点产业;战略目标应是以促进经济发展为目标,推动制造业与创意产业相互结合,培养皖江地区消费者的区域文化认同感;建议选择以政府为导向的发展模式;选取"重点突破"战略路径;做好人才战略、资金战略和计量战略措施。
This paper defined the cultural and creative industry,reviewed the industry bases in Wanjiang region,and gave a SWOT analysis of the industry.We think the the cultural and creative industry in Wanjiang region should be a key industry which is as important as manufacture.Its strategic target should be to promote economic development,impel the two industries to interact,and to cultivate the regional culture identification of the consumers in Wanjiang region.We suggest the government oriented developing mode and 'breakthrough at key points' strategic path should be chosen.The strategies about talents,capital and measures should be taken in a perfect way.
