摘要
高校师生冲突指的是高校师生之间由于价值观、目标、地位、资源多寡等方面的差异而产生的直接的、公开的或者隐性的相互对立的教育教学互动过程。高校师生冲突既有促进教师专业发展的正向功能,又有阻碍教师专业发展的负向功能。高校教师应直面和善用冲突,采取适当的应对策略,避免冲突不断升级,对冲突事件不断反思,促进自身的专业发展。
The conflict between teachers and students in colleges and universities is a direct、open or recessive teaching opposing process owning to the difference in many aspects of values、objectives、status、resources between teachers and students in colleges and universities.It has positive functions in promoting teachers' professional development,but it can prevent teachers' professional development,either.Teachers in colleges and universities should face the conflict directly,make use of it effectively,and adopt proper methods to avoid conflict continually growing.Teachers should also reflect on the conflict to promote their professional development.
