This paper studies on the development of retailer enterprise logistics,and refer to the idea of supply chain management,through the systematically analysis and research of retailer enterprise,propose the strategic way to raise our country retailer enterprise logistics rationalization level under the supply chain management environment-the third party logistics,the integrated logistics and the lean Logistics.
