Ideas about Enhancing the Management of Logistics Cost for Production Manufacture

在介绍生产企业物流成本构成的基础上,对我国目前生产企业物流成本管理存在的主要问题进行了阐述与分析,并针对生产企业在物流成本管理中存在的问题,提出了提升生产企业物流成本管理水平的几点建议。

The constitution of logistics costs for production manufacture was described in this paper.Furthermore,for our production manufacture,the main problems involved in the management of logistics cost are investigated and analyzed.Towards above problems,we proposed several recommendations to enhance the management of logistics cost for production manufacture.
